Frequently asked questions

How do I apply for a property?

Browse listings, open the one you're interested in, and use the Apply button. You'll fill in your move-in date, lease term, occupants, and income — the landlord reviews it from there.

What happens during screening?

The landlord (or their broker) records your credit score, background check, eviction history, and references. You can see your full screening result, including the score and recommendation, from your application's detail page — nothing is hidden from you.

How does the application fee work?

If a landlord requires a fee, you'll pay it by card or bank transfer when you apply, and you'll see the real charge recorded against your application.

How do I sign my lease?

Once your application is approved, the landlord generates a lease and sends it out for e-signature. You'll get a link to review and sign electronically — no printing, scanning, or in-person meeting required.

How do landlords get paid?

Landlords, brokers, and agents set up a payout account from their dashboard, and rent and fees are transferred to it automatically as they're collected.

I'm a broker — how do agents join my agency?

When an agent registers, they can enter your agency's name. If it matches, you'll see their request on your Agent roster page and can approve or decline it.
